Standard Operating Procedures

Pursuant to NYS Real Property Law 442-h, I do not require the signing of an exclusive buyers’ agreement to see homes and I do not require a mortgage pre-approval to begin the process.  However, a mortgage pre-approval may be required by certain sellers prior to viewing their home, will be required to make an offer on any home and should be obtained and shared in advance of a decision to make an offer on a home.  Other proof of identity may also be required.
